Sometimes, when you're tired and stress from the activities that you do every day, you really need to have a break. What will you do when you are taking a break? Personally, I like to watch or read some funny store or comedy to get rid of the stress in my head. And it really works. After reading funny yahoo answers on the Internet for example, I feel some refreshment on my mind and my head. Especially if I read a very funny joke, I probably can laugh so hard.
I always like to watch comedy movies as well. I think watching comedy movies is becoming my hubby for the last few months. I got a bit stress in this new place and I think when I watch funny movie, I can forget the problem that I have for awhile. Even I know that it will not solve the problem, but at least I can have clear mind to continue my day or my life.
How about you? Do you also have similar experience like what I have? Or do you have your own way to get rid of your stress?
