Did you often do groceries in the supermarket? Sometimes I wonder if the supermarket managements really do their best to satisfy their customers. I know that they often make big promotion and sales discounts on some of their products. They even offer it with a big promotion ads everywhere. I believe that they are trying to get more customers to come inside the supermarket or the grocery stores by offering and giving special discount prices on some products.
But then, when you are inside the supermarket, did you ever take a good care of the products and how the management manage their stores? For example, I went to a big grocery store in town two days ago. I went there because I would like to get good beers for good deal prices. Few days ago, when I wanted to do that, there was no stock of the beer with special brand that I want to get. So I thought this time, I will be able to get new stocks from them. Guess what? The beer section was almost empty. It's almost more than three days ago that I came there without no beer and then now, the beer section even worst than I ever thought. If they would ever make a little effort to get their stocks on time, they will probably get more profits from people like me who want to buy special product from their stores.
Instead of offering cheap products which have low quality of products.
Second one, when I was in the cashier, there was a couple who want to buy a plastic table. When the cashier put the barcode number in the cashier machine, it does not work. The cashier asked them to wait for awhile if they want to buy that plastic table so the other staff can check first the right barcode for that product. The couple decided to cancel the transaction because they did not want to wait too long for that. It means that the supermarket will lose the opportunity on sales again.
So... what do you think? Why those supermarkets did not try to give their efforts to satisfy their customers with a small thing like that? They could make some more profits if the do an effort on those things that I mentioned as examples above.
