Something Wrong With My Connection

I am talking about my internet connection. I think there is something wrong with my internet connection. It load so slow this time, not like it used to be. I don't know why it is like that. I thought it will be for awhile only. But it's been half an hour since this problem started and it still continue. I don't know what I should do. If I will call the customer service from this Internet provider, they will probably say that they are working to fix the problem. Just a standard answer which I don't want to hear at this moment. Argh.. I become irritated with this internet connection. I have lots thing to do and I need Internet connection to do my works...
